With a master’s degree in political science and over ten years of experience – within EU industry associations, an international trade union organisation, and the Belgian ministry of environment – I have developed a practical understanding of how EU associations and public institutions operate. During that time, I also co-founded two non-profit organisations. Those diverse experiences have sharpened my eye for what makes organisations succeed, and what quietly holds them back.
